ABOUT US
Originally formed in 2018 the Retro Rock'its was born with then founders Chris (Guitar) and Jules (Drums) and toured around the south coast of England playing classic rock covers.
Disbanded around COVID and a couple of brief stop and starts, the band has finally reformed by Chris and Jules with new members Abby (Vocals), and Jamie-Leanne (Jay-Lee) (Bass).
Classic and Modern Rock is still very much the theme, and the band delivers in complete professional style that will get you dancing right off the bat.
MEET THE BAND
Lead Vocals: Abby
Abby is an experienced vocalist who has been on the local music scene for years covering different ventures starting off in open mics, being in bands, depping for other bands and being a solo vocalist.

She loves rock music and has a wide range covering many different artists, bands and genres and is very much looking forward to a new musical venture with the Retro's!
Drums & Backing Vocals: Jules
Jules is a founding member of Retro Rock'its and is an experienced drummer who has been on the south coast scene touring for many years.
A Classic Rock fan Jules brings the crucial beats and timings to our covers that gets everyone up dancing. A veteran in many bands including popular bands Audio Sonics and Rocked Up, you probably have seen Jules play in a local venue near you!
Guitar & Backing Vocals: Chris
Chris is another founding member of Retro Rock'its alongside Jules and also has played in many of the bands Jules has over the years.
A very competent guitarist with his heart always being with the classic rock genre and provides blistering solos and emotional rhythm sections that bring back fond memories of the songs within our audience.

Bass & Backing Vocals: Jamie
A veteran multi-instrumentalist (Drums, Guitar, Bass) Jamie (Jay-Lee) has been in many bands over the years, including originals band DEAD ON 20, and prominent rock, indie and pop band The 45s.
Jamie has been on the music scene continuously playing many major festivals, pubs and clubs across the south coast, supporting Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Scouting for Girls, Blue, and Sister Sledge over the years.
